Abstract

The article analyzes the study of foreign experience of the Soviet peasantry. The author has analyzed the most important historical works of the North American and Western European historians covering the transformation of traditional peasant culture in the Soviet era, the issue of relations between the Soviet state and the peasantry. This issue is one of the topical problems in modern historical scholarship. The author has given a special place of original ideas Sh.Fitspatrik coverage, R.Konkvesta, L.Violy and etc. After analyzing the work of R. Conquest, MB Tauger, L. Viola, the author comes to the conclusion that hand-made famine of the early 30´s. in the Soviet Union. PROVIDENCE analysis allows the author to conclude that the anti-peasant orientation of Soviet agricultural policy. The author rightly notes that the policy of collectivization was aimed at the destruction of the traditional foundations of peasant culture.

В статье проводится анализ зарубежного опыта исследования советского крестьянства. Автор проанализировал наиболее значимые исторические труды североамериканских и западноевропейских историков, освещающих процесс трансформации традиционной крестьянской культуры в советское время, проблему взаимоотношения советского государства и крестьянства. Данная проблема является одной из актуальных в современной исторической науке. Автор уделил особое место освещению оригинальных идей Ш. Фицпатрик, Р. Конквеста, Л. Виолы и др. Проанализировав работы Р. Конквеста, М.Б. Таугер, Л. Виолы, автор приходит к выводу о рукотворности голода начала 30-х гг. в Советском Союзе. Приведенный анализ позволяет автору сделать вывод об антикрестьянской направленности советской аграрной политики. Автор справедливо констатирует, что политика коллективизации была направлена на разрушение традиционных основ крестьянской культуры.
