В статье рассмотрены проблемы загрязнения уникального природного объекта – озера Иссык-Куль. Приво-дятся вопросы и механизмы правовой охраны органами местного самоуправления путем усовершенствования их деятельности и полномочий. Предлагаются инициативные предложения и практические рекомендации в вопросах правовой охраны озера Иссык-Куль.
The article deals with problems of pollution of Issyk-Kul Lake, the unique natural object. Questions and mechanisms of the legal protection by local authorities through the improvement of their operations and powers are provided. Initiative offers and practical recommendations on issues of legal protection of Issyk-Kul Lake are proposed.
