Abstract

Анализ достижений и проблем, обозначившихся в новых геополитических условиях в нефтегазовом комплексе РФ, рекомендаций ведущих экспертов, позволил авторам сформулировать выводы о недостаточной результативности вложений в НИОКР; слабой интеграции науки, бизнеса и образования; необходимости совершенствования нормативно-правовой базы развития нефтегазового комплекса в части повышения его инвестиционной привлекательности; последовательной реализации курса на импортозамещение.
