Abstract

The author on the basis of archival documents and extensive literature examines one of the stages of the study of the Bulgarian settlement. At the beginning of the XVIII century. was the beginning of the study of architectural and archaeological monuments of the Bulgarian settlement. Concerned historians and scientists have already begun at the time the observation and study of the material culture of the Bulgarian civilization

Автор статьи на основе архивных документов и обширной литературы рассматривает один из этапов изучения Болгарского городища. В начале XVIII в. было положено начало изучению архитектурных и археологических памятников Болгарского городища. Неравнодушные краеведы и ученые уже в тот период начали наблюдение и исследование материальной культуры булгарской цивилизации.
