Коррекция хронических цереброваскулярных нарушений у пациентов с артериальной гипертензией

Abstract

Наблюдались 90 пациентов молодого возраста с дисциркуляторной энцефалопатией, обусловленной артериальной гипертензией. Пациентам I группы назначали престариум по 5 мг и аспирин по 125 мг в сутки постоянно и кавинтон по 20 мг в сутки в течение 2-х месяцев 2 раза в год, пациенты II группы получали только престариум и аспирин. У больных I группы регресс цефалгического, инсомнического синдромов и синдрома когнитивных нарушений наблюдался через 1 год и через 2 года лечения кавинтоном, вестибулярный и невротический синдромы уменьшились через 2 года. Легкие когнитивные нарушения у больных с дисциркуляторной (гипертонической) энцефалопатией регрессировали через 1 год лечения кавинтоном.
