Экспериментально-расчетная оценка работы выхода электронов из материалов автоэмиссионных катодов при анализе их качества

Abstract

Предложена экспериментально-расчетная методика количественной оценки работы выхода электронов из материалов автоэмиссионных катодов. Показано, что при повышении температуры автоэмиссионной многоострийной катодной структуры из стеклоуглерода происходит уменьшение величины работы выхода материала. Рассчитана величина работы выхода для индивидуальной углеродной нанотрубки.An experimental and numerical estimation of work function for materials of field emission cathodes is suggested. It is shown that increasing temperature of glass-like carbon field emission array cathode tips the work function of cathode material is decreased. The work function of individual carbon nanotube is estimated.
