Модуляция активности АДФ-рибозилциклазы при ишемии головного мозга

Abstract

Второе место среди причин смертности и инвалидизации больных занимают острые нарушения мозгового кровообращения. Цель исследования оценить влияние модуляторов активности АДФ-рибозилциклазы/CD38 в нейронах и клетках нейроглиальной природы в физиологических условиях и при ишемии головного мозга. Объект исследования ткань головного мозга крыс-самцов Wistar с моделью глобальной ишемии головного мозга путем двухсторонней перевязки общих сонных артерий. У животных осуществлен забор ткани из регионов головного мозга обоих полушарий, в гомогенатах ткани определена активность АДФ-рибозилциклазы/CD38 флуориметрическим методом до и после приложения модуляторов. Получены данные, свидетельствующие о регулируемой P2X7 рецепторами клеток глии активности CD38/АДФ-рибозилциклазы при ишемии головного мозга.
