Abstract

В статье рассматриваются структура и полномочия органов местного самоуправления, представленные в российском законодательстве о закрытых административно-территориальных образованиях. Опираясь на то, что ЗАТО представляют собой особый вид муниципальных образований, автор показывает основные модели и специфику организации органов местного самоуправления в ЗАТО.

In article the structure and the powers of the local governments presented in the Russian legislation on closed administrative-territorial formations are considered. Leaning against that CATF represent a special kind of municipal unions, the author shows the basic models and specificity of the organization of local governments in CATF.
