Abstract

The article considers the author's methods of quantitative analysis of landscape and town-planning properties of urban territories. It shows the basic principles of town-planning organization of urban areas based on the analysis of interactions of natural and anthropogenic factors of urban environment formation. The principles of architectural zoning are determined with regard to landscape environmental parameters and the types of allocated land use and development that ensure sustainable development of urban territories.
