Abstract

Стимулирование работников на предприятии занимает одно из центральных мест в управлении персоналом, так как оно выступает непосредственной причиной их поведения. Цель стимулирования не вообще побудить человека работать, а побудить его делать лучше. Эта цель может быть достигнута только при системном подходе стимулирования труда. Детально разработанная система стимулирования эффективности и качества труда позволяет мобилизовать трудовой потенциал предприятия, создать необходимую заинтересованность работников в росте индивидуальных результатов, способствует проявлению творческого потенциала и повышению уровня компетентности сотрудников, повышении качества выполняемых работ.
