Abstract

Nowadays, the crisis of economic and social fields demand from health organizers to increase the importance of out-patient unit in the system of medical provision, effectively use financial resources and eliminate the disproportion in providing in-patient and out-patient surgical aid to population. In-patient care takes 60-70% of health resources while in economy-developed countries it doesn't exceed 35-50%. The given research shows economic efficacy of treatment transference of surgical diseases from in-patient departments to out-patient surgical centers. It is necessary to use more wider in-patient-replacing and resource-saving technologies in surgery.
