Abstract

Вond.et Sing.

Influence of water-soluble polysaccharides (WSPS) fraction from tinder fungus of medicinal Fomitopsis officinalis (Will) Bond.et Sing. on humoral factors of nonspecific resistance and on formation of primary humoral immune answer at rats was studied. Humoral factors of nonspecific resistance studied by determination of blood serum bactericidal activity by nephelometric method. Humoral immunity estimated by quantity the antibody forming cells in spleen at line Vistar rats. As a preparation of comparison used the officinal drugs "Befungin", analog on action. In skilled group animals received the studied substance WSPS fraction from a tinder fungus medicinal. It is established that introduction of WSPS fraction from a tinder fungus medicinal led to immunosuppressive effect on humoral factors, as specific and nonspecific protection. Selective activity of WSPS fraction from a tinder fungus medicinal on immune system is shown.
