Экологические критерии оценки профессиональной подготовки современного менеджера

Abstract

The article discusses the basics of professional values of a manager taking into account the ecological vector of development of modern management systems. The fundamental principles of ecological approach to management in the field of ecosystem services are interlinked with the terms of the optimization of social access to recreational resources. On the basis of the analysis of the world experience the author shows possibilities of applying new technologies for humanitarian formation of ecological competence of the manager at university. The article also identifies quality indicators of diagnostic assessment of targeted training programs.

В статье рассматриваются ценностные основы профессиональной деятельности менеджера с учетом экологического вектора развития современных систем управления. Основополагающие принципы экологического подхода к менеджменту в области экосистемных услуг взаимоувязаны с условиями оптимизации социального доступа к рекреационным ресурсам. На основе анализа мирового опыта показаны возможности применения в вузе новых гуманитарных технологий для формирования экологической компетентности менеджера, определены качественные показатели диагностических программ оценки целевой подготовки специалиста.
