Ключевые компетенции как ведущий фактор обеспечения конкурентоспособности предприятий регионального АПК

Abstract

In clause scientific approaches to traditional definition are considered «сompetitiveness» and to basing of an imperative on key competence which in modern conditions are subject to influence of regional characteristics, features of agrarian and industrial complex of republic of Adygea are revealed and complex use of the concrete innovations proved by ability of region to formation key competence is recommended, by development of is innovative-investment policy of development of republican agrarian and industrial complex.

В статье рассмотрены научные подходы к традиционному определению «конкурентоспособность» и базированию императива на ключевых компетенциях, которые в современных условиях подвержены влиянию региональных характеристик, выявлены особенности АПК республики Адыгеи и рекомендовано комплексное использование конкретных инноваций, обоснованных способностью региона к формированию ключевых компетенций, при разработке инновационно-инвестиционной политики развития республиканского АПК.
