Основные этапы формирования государственно-правовой традиции в России

Abstract

In the article are selected and characterized main stages of formation of the state and legal traditions of Russia. The article proposed author’s definition of «legal tradition» concept. It is shown that modern constitutional tradition has combined state-legal traditions of pre-revolutionary and Soviet periods.

В статье выделяются и характеризуются основные этапы формирования государственноправовой традиции России. Предлагается авторское определение понятия «правовая традиция». Показано, что современная конституционная традиция сочетает государственноправовые традиции дореволюционного и советского периодов.
