Исследование реактивов "Ренмед-Авто" для автоматической обработки медицинских рентгеновских пленок

Abstract

Предпосылки и цели исследования: В прошлом году в России начат выпуск наборов реактивов "РЕНМЕД-АВТО", предназначенных для автоматической обработки медицинских рентгенографических пленок. Целью настоящего исследования являлась оценка основных свойств новых реактивов уровня рентгеносенситометрических параметров различных пленок, а также качества дубления и фиксирования пленок. Методика эксперимента и основные результаты: Для определения рентгеносенситометрических параметров пленок использован метод рентгеновской сенситометрии с модуляцией экспозиции по шкале времени. Основное внимание в работе уделено сравнению рентгеносенситометрических параметров, полученных при обработке в реактивах "РЕНМЕД-АВТО" и в широко применяемых в России аналогах, разработанных за рубежом. На основе анализа экспериментальных данных установлено, что новые реактивы позволяют получить величины рентгеносенситометрических параметров пленок на уровне, характерном для аналогов. Они также обеспечивают качественное дубление и полное фиксирование пленок. Выводы: Реактивы "РЕНМЕД-АВТО" для автоматической обработки являются полноценной альтернативой исследованным аналогам зарубежной разработки.

Premises and purpose of investigation: Last year in Russia the production of new chemical kits «RENMED-AUTO» for automatic processing of medical X-ray films has been started. The aim of this paper was the evaluation of main properties of the new chemicals the level of X-ray sensitometric parameters of various films as well as the quality of film hardening and fixing. Experimental methods and main results: To obtain X-ray sensitometric parameters of films a method of X-ray sensitometry with time scaled exposure modulation was used. In this work major attention was paid on the comparison of X-ray sensitometric parameters obtained by film processing in the chemical kits "RENMED-AUTO" and in designed abroad, wide-spread in Russia analogues. Based on the analysis of experimental data it was found that the new chemicals allow to obtain values of X-ray sensitometric parameters of films at a level typical for the analogues. These new chemicals provide also qualitative hardening and full fixing of films. Conclusion: The chemical kits "RENMED-AUTO" for automatic processing serve as a valuable alternative to designed abroad analogues.
