Сельскохозяйственные угодья самый дефицитный товар на земле

Abstract

Земли сельскохозяйственного назначения это ограниченный ресурс. Сегодня государственные органы страны выдают разрешения на перевод земель сельскохозяйственного назначения в другую категорию бесплатно. Очевидно снижение производства продукции. Инструментом поддержания сельского хозяйства должно стать создание фонда поддержки. Фонд будет пополняться платежами за перевод сельскохозяйственных земель в другие категории.
