Философская рефлексия как принцип самостоятельных управленческих решений

Abstract

Как способ самоопределения человека в мире философская рефлексия является принципом самодетерминации. Она позволяет её субъекту осознавать свою собственную позицию в управленческой ситуации, определять методологические основания самоуправления. Однако её основополагающая, творческая функция раскрывается в полной мере в рефлексивном самоуправлении. Здесь она формирует умение самостоятельно принимать решения в различных управленческих ситуациях.
