Abstract

Specific activity of multifunctional sulfur-containing antioxidant of new generation «Tiophane» and officinal «α-tocopherol» is investigated on model of glucocorticoid-induced oxidizing stress at rats in blood plasma. Indicators of level of development of oxidizing stress were estimated by methods of chemiluminescence and spectrophotometric analyses on change of activity in blood plasma superoxide dismutase, catalases and to the maintenance of low-new dialdehyde and diene of conjugates. It is proved that in conditions of glucocorticoid-induced oxidizing stress «Tiophane» authentically surpasses antioxidant in level of specific activity «αtocopherol».
