Abstract

The article reveals features of relationship of the Soviet state and the technical intelligentsia during the most difficult historical period collectivisation of the USSR agricultural sector. The archival regional materials of the Upper Povolzhye (Kostroma and Ivanovo provinces) are used by the author. The analysis of archival evidences revealed the roughest violations of standards of the criminal procedure law when the defendant and witnesses were exerted pressure on from the direction of investigators, indications were forged, the defendant lost the right of recusation of investigators, terms of investigative actions were reduced, waived hearing was held without participation of parties, there was extinction of the accused of right to appeal from judgement etc.

Статья раскрывает особенности взаимоотношений Советского государства и технической интеллигенции в наиболее сложный исторический период коллективизации сельского хозяйства. Автором используются региональные архивные материалы Верхнего Поволжья (Костромская и Ивановская губернии). Анализ архивно-следственных материалов выявил грубейшие нарушения норм уголовно-процессуального закона, когда обвиняемый и свидетели подвергались давлению со стороны следствия, фальсифицировались показания, обвиняемый лишался права отвода следователей, сокращались сроки следственных действий, дела слушались без участия сторон, обвиняемый лишался права кассационного обжалования приговоров и др.
