Техносферная война

Abstract

На основе проведенного критического анализа публикаций, описывающих информационную и сетецентрическую войны, авторы пришли к выводу о необоснованности и бесперспективности применения данных понятий. Авторами выявлены принципиальные особенности явно существующего явления, позволяющие сформулировать уникальную отдельную категорию техносферная война. В статье раскрыты ее основные содержательные моменты, сформулированы цели, принципы и отличительные особенности. Сформированы предпосылки к пересмотру концептуальных взглядов применительно к формам и способам ведения войн в современных условиях.

On the basis of the carried spent critical analysis of the publications describing Information and Network Centric Warfare, the authors have come to the conclusions about invalidity and hopelessness of application of the given concepts. The authors educe the basic features of the obviously existing phenomenon that allow to formulate a unique separate category Techno war. Its basic substantial moments are disclosed, the purposes, principles and distinctive features are formulated.
