Abstract

The authors have used a systems approach to research the outsourcing’s economic nature. It allows to present outsourcing as a complicated closely interconnected system of organizational, managerial, economic and law relations and to allocate their functional characteristics.

Использован системный подход к исследованию экономической природы аутсорсинга, позволивший представить его как сложную, тесно взаимосвязанную систему организационных, управленческих, экономических, правовых отношений, выделить их функциональные характеристики.
