Abstract

The mythologeme of the deity which is coming into existence and dying, is highlighted in the spirit of Nietzschean understanding of culture as an arena of confrontation between the harmonic "solar" Apollo and chaotic "elemental" Dionysus is the foundation on which K. Balmont builds the logic of his life-creating myth.
