Формирование мотивов совершения преступлений против участников уголовного судопроизводства

Abstract

Данная статья посвящена вопросам формирования мотивов совершения преступлений против участников уголовного судопроизводства. Автором наглядно, в виде схемы, показан процесс мотивации преступного поведения, сделаны выводы о том, что при совершении преступлений рассматриваемой категории наряду со многими мотивами (вражда, месть, ревность и другими) зарождается мотив воспрепятствования нормальной деятельности органов правосудия.The given article is devoted to the questions of the motive formation of the crime commition against the participants of the criminal legal proceeding. The author shows visually by scheme the process of the criminal behavior motivation, makes the conclusions that when the crimes of the considered category committed equally with many causes (enmity, vengeance, jealousy and others) the cause of the prevention of the normal activity of justice bodies arises.
