Правоотношения, связанные с участием в корпорации

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются содержание и природа правоотношений, возникающих в связи с участием в корпорации. Обосновывается, что право участия в корпорации представляет собой элемент правоспособности и образует абсолютное регулятивное правоотношение. Корпоративное правоотношение, являясь относительным правоотношением, возникает на основе абсолютного права участия.
