Формирование основных способов и правил толкования Корана как источника мусульманского права в период средневековья

Abstract

The article is devoted to the Koran as a source of Muslim law and investigation of ways and rules of its interpretation. The author pays his attention to peculiarities of the Koran’s interpretation and on factors directly influencing its interpretation. There were singled out three stages of the Koran’s interpretation and categories of Muslim science on its interpretation.

Статья посвящена Корану как источнику мусульманского права и исследованию разработки способов и правил его интерпретации. Автор обращает внимание на особенности интерпретации Корана и на факторы, оказывающие непосредственное влияние на его трактовку. Выделяются этапы интерпретации Корана и разделы мусульманской науки о его толковании.
