ТЕПЛОЗАЩИТА ЭЛЕМЕНТОВ КОВОЧНОГО ПРЕССА С КОЛОННЫМ ИСПОЛНЕНИЕМ СТАНИНЫ

Abstract

The paper considers a radiation-convective heat exchange in the system of “forging press – forged piece”. It describes the factors affecting the heating of press parts and the effects of some parts heating. A method to protect forging press guide columns from heating is proposed.

Рассмотрен нестационарный радиационно-конвективный теплообмен в системе «ковочный пресс – поковка». Описаны факторы, влияющие на нагрев деталей пресса, и последствия нагрева отдельных деталей. Предложен способ защиты направляющих колонн ковочного пресса от нагрева.
