Abstract

Проведён сравнительный анализ клинических проявлений и результатов хирургического лечения острой кишечной непроходимости неопухолевого генеза у 38 пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста, которые составили исследуемую группу и 24 больных молодого и среднего возраста (группа сравнения). У большинства пациентов исследуемой группы имели место тяжёлые проявления эндотоксикоза, обусловленные как основным заболеванием, так и сопутствующей патологией. Основной причиной развития непроходимости в обеих группах послужил спаечный процесс брюшной полости, однако частота развития некроза кишечника у больных пожилого возраста оказалась достоверно выше, чем в группе сравнения (р
