О дифференциации квалифицированных работников на примере Кемеровской области

Abstract

The article contains the results of the analysis of change patterns of skilled workers of the Kemerovo region, and also the share of high-skilled workers from the perspective of the methodology approved by the Rosstat order No 70 from 21.02.2013. The prospects of employment of graduates of professional educational institutions in the trend of changes in the share of highly skilled workers in the numbers of qualified workers is discussed and solving the problem of creating high-performance workplaces, determined by the May decrees of the President of Russia.

Статья содержит результаты анализа изменения структуры квалифицированных работников Кемеровской области, а также доли высококвалифицированных работников под углом зрения методики, утвержденной приказом Росстата от 21.02.2013 № 70. Рассматривается перспектива трудоустройства выпускников учреждений профессионального образования в тренде изменения доли высококвалифицированных работников в числе квалифицированных и решения задачи создания высокопроизводительных рабочих мест, определенных майскими указами Президента России.
