Исследование особенностей телосложения индивидуальной фигуры в графической среде универсальной САПР на основе трехмерного сканирования

Abstract

The given paper presents the way of creating parametric virtual mannequins,the latter having been constructed by applying noncontact technology of the threedimentional scanning developed at the chair of HMKiTShI MGUDT. The way of three dimentional positioning of the virtual figure images in the SAPR graphic medium on the basis of which it is possible to carry out the complete analysis of the individual figure comparing the threedimentional coordinates of the object under consideration has been developed..Such analysis results in examining the case thickness obtained due to positioning.This simplifies the additional calculations while comparing dimentional characteristics ot two three dimentional models and thus it will allow to choose optimal design solution to the clothes models for the individual customers´s needs, requrements and wishes.

В работе представлен способ построения параметрических виртуальных манекенов, полученных с помощью бесконтактной технологии трехмерного сканирования, созданной на кафедре ХМКиТШИ МГУДТ. Разработан способ пространственного позиционирования виртуальных образов фигур в графической среде САПР, на основе которого возможно проведение комплексного анализа телосложения индивидуальных фигур путем сравнения трехмерных координат исследуемых объектов. Анализ телосложения виртуального образа индивидуальной фигуры сводится к анализу переменной толщины оболочки, полученной в результате позиционирования. Это облегчает дополнительные расчеты при сравнении размерных признаков двух трехмерных моделей тел и в дальнейшем позволит выбрать оптимальное конструктивное решение проектируемых моделей одежды, предназначенных для индивидуальных потребителей.
