Abstract

We have done an analysis on instruments of state support of export, because nowadays’ tensions on international arena is getting escalated. This paper focuses on how anti-Russian sanctions influence in Russian economics and how Russia counteracts to negative effects of imposed sanctions. Moreover, purpose of this paper is to show how Russia using its risk insurance agency EXIAR and development bank Vnesheconombank is going to increase export. On the basis of this paper we’d like to present following conclusions: EXIAR’s and Vnesheconombank’s responsibility incredibly high, but government should make its customs policy more flexible than it is now in order to promote export. Besides, it is needed to proceed analyzing experiences and best practices of export insurance agencies and development bank from abroad in order to increase export.
