Abstract

The article considers the issues of strategic management of enterprise, the development of optimum strategy of development of the organization, stage-by-stage SWOT-analysis that would take into account numerous factors influence the external and internal environment of the organization. According to the results of the conducted research the author has proposed measures to encourage the development of optimum strategy of development of the organization.

В статье рассматриваются вопросы стратегического управления предприятием, разработки оптимальной стратегии развития организации, поэтапное проведение SWOT-анализа, позволяющего учесть многочисленное влияние факторов внешней и внутренней среды организации. По итогам проведенного исследования автором были предложены мероприятия, способствующие разработке оптимальной стратегии развития организации.
