Abstract

Глиомы человека имеют четко выраженную индивидуальную чувствительность к химиопрепаратам. Для определения наиболее эффективных противоопухолевых препаратов целесообразно проводить тестирование ткани опухоли. Мы предлагаем использовать для этого тест с включением Н3-тимидина в опухолевые клетки в условиях коротких сроков культивирования тканевых трансплантатов. Полученные результаты могут применяться в клинической практике.

Human gliomas have clear expressed individual drug sensitivity. For determination most effective medicine tumor tissue mast be tested. We propose to use for this matter H3—thymidine incorporation test on the short-term cultures. Received results can be used in the clinical practis.
