Influence of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, calcium antagonists and its combinations on endothelial function: theoretic and practical aspects

Abstract

В статье рассматривается функция эндотелия при артериальной гипертензии. Приведены данные разных авторов о влиянии ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента, антагонистов кальция и их комбинаций на дисфункцию эндотелия у больных артериальной гипертензией. Рассмотрены возможные механизмы положительного влияния данных групп антигипертензивных препаратов на эндотелиальную дисфункцию.
