Снижение энергозатрат при непрерывном прессовании металла способом Конформ путем оптимизации формы и размеров инструмента

Abstract

Разработана методика комплексной оптимизации размеров деформирующего инструмента для непрерывного прессования прутковой заготовки способом Конформ. По формулам, полученным с применением элементов вариационного исчисления, рассчитаны оптимальные значения размеров поперечного сечения контейнера и его длины, величины входного угла пресс-матрицы. Расчетные данные подтверждены результатами экспериментов, проведенных на лабораторной установке. Ил. 4. Табл. 3. Библиогр. 3 назв.
