Исследуются проблемы финансирования и формирования материально-технической базы советского образования в 1920-е начале 1930-х гг. на Ставрополье. Рассматривается механизм формирования системы местных бюджетов, их участие в материальнотехническом обеспечении просвещения. Показаны структура и процесс привлечения внебюджетных средств в условиях преодоления социально-экономического кризиса в регионе.The article is devoted to the problem of financing and infrastructure formation of the Soviet education in Stavropol Region in the 1920s early 1930s. The author considers the mechanism of the formation of the local budget system and its role in the education material support. The structure and process of the attraction of the off-budget assets are shown. The research stands upon regional archival documents.
