Abstract

By the method of the continuous research we have analyzed the all data on cases of the established occupational chronic lumbosacral radiculopathy, which consisted on the account in the register by the beginning of 2002 (342). We surveyed the group of the 49 patients with the given pathological for the profound estimation of a clinical picture of the occupational chronic lumbosacral radiculopathy. The dissociation between results of the clinical (subjective) and the electroneuromyography (objective) researches was established. The patients complain of a pain and infringement of sensitivity, but we have not revealed significant defeat of sensitive structures according to research of the Н-reflex. The amplitude of the M-feedback (p ≤ 0,01) and the speed of the realization (p ≤ 0,05) on peroneus and tibialis nerves at the majority of patients were authentically decreased. It can speak about involving the spinal nerves in the process, but according to research of the Н-reflex the spinal structures are not broken.
