Криминалистическая информациология: место в общей теории, функции и методология

Abstract

В статье определено место криминалистической информациологии в общей теории криминалистики. Делается вывод, что как теория криминалистическая информациология занимает достаточно высокий уровень общности, и ее развитие видится в рамках раздела «Теоретические и методологические основы криминалистики», а применяться ее положения могут в разделах криминалистическая техника, тактика и методика. Также определены функции рассматриваемой теории и ее методология.

This paper defines the place of forensic information science in the general theory of criminology. It is concluded that the theory forensic informationology takes a high level of generality, and its development is seen in the section «Theoretical and methodological foundations of criminology», and apply its provisions may be in sections forensic techniques, tactics and technique. Also, the functions of this theory and its methodology.
