Методологические подходы оценки деятельности муниципальных стоматологических учреждений

Abstract

The offered initial matrix of the SWOT-analysis for municipal stomatologic polyclinics allows to receive full enough and objective information on activity of stomatologic treatment-and-prophylactic establishments, and ordering of the received information can be a basis for acceptance of the weighed administrative decisions directed on increase of their competitiveness in the market of medical services.

Предложенная исходная матрица SWOT-анализа для муниципальных стоматологических поликлиник позволяет получить довольно полную и объективную информацию о деятельности стоматологических лечебно-профилактических учреждений, а систематизация полученной информации может быть основой для принятия взвешенных управленческих решений, направленных на повышение их конкурентоспособности на рынке медицинских услуг.
