Структурно-алгоритмические методы компенсации погрешности от краевых эффектов в интегрирующих АЦП

Abstract

На основе анализа механизма возникновения погрешности от краевых эффектов в интегрирующих АЦП проведена систематизация структурно-алгоритмических методов ее снижения. Предложены методы ее полной компенсации путем введения поправок в цифровом, аналоговом и аналого-цифровом виде. Рассмотрены варианты схемной реализации интегрирующих АЦП, свободных от погрешности от краевых эффектов.
