Abstract

The article discusses the factors of the real estate organization success (RO), which are in two areas: the external one, from which it receives all kinds of the resources, including the information, and the internal one, where its strengths and weaknesses create the premises for transforming resources into the products and the services. The main internal resources are the employees of the RO. The article describes the associative method to identify the dominant instinct (V. Garbuzov), used for selecting the appropriate professional staff in the RO with comments about the interpretation of the results in the RO.
