Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of improvement of physical health youth-students by physical exercises of different direction. The running loadings appeared most effective in the aerobic-anaerobic mode of providing energy.

Статья посвящена проблеме улучшения физического здоровья юношей-студентов физическими упражнениями различной направленности. Наиболее эффективными оказались беговые нагрузки в аэробно-анаэробном режиме энергообеспечения.
