The constitutional principles ideological and political multiformity are under analysis in the present article. Special consideration is given to the role of political parties in implementation of program ideologies during the Post-soviet period. The basic forms of individual and collective expression of political will in modern Russia are under study.

Рассматриваются конституционные принципы идеологическое и политическое многообразие. Особое внимание уделено роли политических партий в осуществлении программных идеологий в постсоветский период. Исследуются основные формы индивидуального и коллективного выражения политического волеизъявления в современной России.
