Место международного спортивного арбитражного суда в системе международных судебных учреждений

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению статуса международного спортивного суда в системе международных судов, его роли в урегулировании споров в области спорта. Предлагается понятие международного спортивного спора и его видов, а также пути дальнейшего развития системы разрешения спортивных споров в связи с появлением различных уровней спортивного арбитража.
