Экономические и институциональные аспекты формирования национальной безопасности

Abstract

В соответствии с системой национальных счетов и на основе статистических данных за 1961-2009 гг. применена новая методология исследования динамики и макроэкономических пропорций производства, распределения и использования валового внутреннего продукта России. Приведено текущее состояние теории экономической безопасности в разрезе роли экономики в обеспечении национальной безопасности, определены границы явлений, оказывающих воздействие на экономическую безопасность государства, выработано предложение по методологии оценки и примерным индикаторам, характеризующим безопасность национальной экономики с точки зрения институциональной экономики.

According with the national accounting system and on the statistical information base between 1961 and 2009 years was used new methodology research of dynamic and macroeconomic proportions of production, distribution and utilization of Russian gross national product. Given the current state of the theory of economic security in the context of the role of economics in national security, defined the boundaries of phenomena that affect the economic security of the state, produced a proposal for a methodology to assess and approximate indicators characterizing the security of the national economy in terms of institutional economics.
