Факторы эффективного развития региональных кластерных образований

Abstract

В современной экономической науке активно обсуждается феномен экономических кластеров. В рамках данной статьи исследуются точки зрения российских и зарубежных авторов на возможность повышения эффективности региональной экономики с применением кластерной политики. Изучается необходимость вмешательства государства в экономические процессы на кластерном уровне, потенциальные результаты такого вмешательства. Отдельное внимание уделено проблемам, которые могут быть решены при содействии гибкой государственной поддержки кластерной интеграции.

The phenomenon of economic clusters is actively discussed among the economists. This paper researches how Russian and foreign authors see the probability of effectiveness growth of the regional economy using cluster policies. Also the necessity of government intervention to the economic processes on cluster level is studied in the paper. Special attention is paid to problems, that can be solved with the assistance of flexible government cluster integration policies
