Сертификация персонала как инструмент повышения качества услуг компаний сферы сервиса

Abstract

В статье рассматривается один из наиболее значимых инструментов приоритетного развития системы образования и повышения качества услуг компаний сферы сервиса в Российской Федерации сертификация персонала. Выделяется новое направление в сертификации персонала оценка квалификаций. Рассматриваются особенности проведения сертификации персонала и оценки квалификаций. Представлены механизмы проведения работ по сертификации, выделены основные проблемы данных процессов в сфере сервиса.
