
Анализируется нормативная и методическая база для определения оптимальных характеристик объектов недвижимости, создаваемых для государственных нужд. Спецификой таких объектов является то, что они не приносят прибыли. Сравниваются результаты использования известных показателей эквивалентных годовых затрат, EAC; приведенных затрат, С+КЕ; текущей стоимости затрат и нового показателя условного банковского вклада, CBD.
The article analyzes the regulatory and methodological base for determining the optimal characteristics of real estate objects built for public use. The feature of the last is their unprofitability. The article compares the results of using the known indicators of equivalent annual costs, EAC; reduced expenditures, С+КЕ ; current value of costs and a new indicator of a conditional bank deposit, CBD.
