Abstract

At the present stage of development, Kazakhstan should to retain and strengthen its position in the coal market of the CIS, including in its own domestic market. Coal CIS market is capacious enough relatively export capacity of the coal industry of Kazakhstan. In connection with the overcoming of the economic crisis in the former Soviet republics of demand for heat and electricity will inevitably increase. Hence, the exceptional importance is the identification of reserves for increasing the efficiency of coal production. It should be borne in mind that the efficiency of development production in the coal industry, as in any other sector of the national economy is dependent on the impact focus of certain factors. Implement such an effect is possible only on the basis of the knowledge of cause-and-effect relationship between factors of production and economic results.
