Справедливость в либеральной политико-правовой идеологии

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются принципы классической либеральной идеологии и причины трансформации ее в постклассический (социальный) либерализм. Автор исследует основные концепции права теорию естественного права, юридический позитивизм, социологию права с точки зрения их соответствия исходным принципам либерализма, анализирует изменения концептуальных представлений о роли государственности, проводит сопоставление базовых ценностей либерализма и основных характеристик российской политико-правовой культуры.
